| Race Summary |
|---|
WE WILL DANCE, up close between horses from early on, gained a slight edge
approaching the stretch, drew clear, then continued under steady urging. SCRATCH
THE MATCH, never far back while racing in behind the dueling leaders, eased out
six wide for the drive, was just off the winner for the final furlong and
couldn't offer the needed response. FARMERS CORSAGE edged in early to track the
pace five wide, remained a solid threat into deep stretch but failed to fire.
DANDELION SUMMER, within striking distance and near the inside throughout,
lacked a final account. I'M A SASSY CASSIE gained a slight edge early while
dueling inside the winner, continued up close to the final quarter and weakened.
SILVER MOON bumped the side of the gate while breaking sluggishly, was outrun to
the lane, came out nine wide for the drive and improved position. BLEW BY THEM,
six or seven wide most of the way, offered no rally. R LITTLE STAR gained a
striking position four or five wide early, raced forwardly to the stretch and
tired. BRIT'N CHRIS was outrun.
