Race Summary

LEFTY'S LADY broke outward at the start, pressed the pace between horses along the backstretch, checked while attempting to move out nearing the three-eighths pole, angled in on the far turn, slipped through on the rail to take command in upper stretch then was fully extended to hold off LOW CAY in the final strides. LOW CAY was in tight at the start, moved up three wide on the first turn, was bumped by the winner along the backstretch, stalked from outside to the turn, bumped with HONOUR STAR while rallying in midstretch then closed late but could not get up. HONOUR STAR was bumped in tight at the start, raced well back for a half, closed the gap while four wide on the turn then finished willingly while being bumped in the stretch. ACTXPEDITE bumped in tight at the start, sprinted clear, raced in the middle of the pack, swung five wide on the turn and lacked a strong closing bid. PRAIRIE WILDFIRE bumped in tight at the start, sprinted clear, set the pace in the two path to the turn and steadily tired thereafter. FOURTH OF JULY broke outward at the start, raced in the middle of the pack, swung six wide on the turn and lacked a rally. PRIVATE ALERT bumped at the start, was never a factor. BEARCAT BRAWL raced wide and tired. I'MROYALLYMECKE'D was outrun after being bumped at the start.
