Race Summary

CUPID'S DIXIE raced with the pace four wide around the turn, moved to take over at the eighth pole and edged away under pressure. GOLDEN LOCKET reserved after stumbling at the start, saved ground around the turn, was attempting to rally along the inside when forced to check in behind MISSISSIPPI CHARM in early stretch, angled out and closed to gain the place. MISSISSIPPI CHARM set the pace under pressure racing off the rail, drifted in in early stretch impeding GOLDEN LOCKET, then weakened. MORE FOR ME outrun after breaking very poorly, rallied off the rail to reach contention in the stretch but couldn't sustain her bid. CAGED GLORY forced the pace three wide around the turn and tired. UP AND DOWN trailed.
